Promises and challenges of adaptation monitoring and evaluation

Keynote at at a workshop hosted by the Finnish Climate Panel. The workshop is part of the International Climate Councils Network, and the Adaptation Subgroup in particular. As part of the FIN Climate Panel activities, the workshop aims to advance the discussion on adaptation monitoring and evaluation with fellow national councils. The keynote will provide a high level, academic, insight on the state of play on the promises and challenges of adaptation monitoring and evaluation.
